WOD: For time:

50 Double Unders
50 Push Ups
40 Double Unders
40 Push Ups
30 Double Unders
30 Push Ups
20 Double Unders
20 Push Ups
10 Double Unders
10 Push Ups
500M Row following the last Push Up

15 min time limit

Post WOD:  2 rounds of:

25 V-Ups
25 Good Mornings (45/35)


No levels today…

Everyone coming in today will workout on the same level.  The only (and stupendously significant) difference will be between those who perform Double Unders and those who do not.  Doing Push Ups will be significantly harder when your shoulders are taxed from having speedily spun the rope.  Despite of your commitment (or lack thereof) to the skill of jump roping, this will still not be an easy workout.  Note that the WOD also has a time limit to insure the row is not just a paced event at the end of it all.
